Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Carefully roll your carpet or stack your tiles in the original protective plastic or box, ensuring all edges are covered to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
